Proposed Fire Company House Rules

1.    No Member may give their firehouse key or access code to a non-member. 

2.    All members are responsible to keep the firehouse clean and litter free 

3.    Members are permitted to bring guests on a limited and discretionary basis and will be responsible for their conduct.  When the member leaves, the guest must also leave . 

4.    No TV or other games are to be watched or played while training or work details are on progress. 

5.    No unauthorized removal of company equipment. 

6.    No member shall be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs on Fire Company premises. 

7.    No male or female immoral acts will be permitted on Fire Company premises.

8.    Junior Members who have been active for 6 months and are under 16 years of age may have a house key and/or access code.  Misuse will result in loss of privilege subject to the discretion of the Trustees. 

9.    No Junior member shall bring a guest. (Unless their attendance pertains to official company business). 

10.    Junior members ages 14 to 15 years old MAY NOT be in the Fire House without a 16 year old or older member 

11.                Minors MUST vacate the Firehouse one-half hour before the standard curfew time established by the Township Supervisors UNLESS they are accompanied by a parent or guardian on non-function nights. 

Violation of any of the above House Rules WILL subject the member to disciplinary action as allowed in the By-laws and appropriate SOG’s.
