Rescue assists on a Mobile Home fire
Wed. Apr 3rd 2013

Last evening as our monthly business meeting ended the rescue was dispatched to assist station 31 (Bareville) on a working mobile home fire. Deputy 31 (Oberholtzer) reported being a mile out with an "orange glow" in the sky and requested our assistance. The rescue responded with 6 under the direction of Assistant Chief Nolt in less then one minute. We laid 1000' feet of 5" hose to get water to the scene and assisted with overhaul. The cause of the fire is being investigated by the PSP fire Marshall. Photo credits to Code 3 images, 3rd alarm photography and Casey Good.
